Review: Tantus Uncut 2

Tantus Uncut 2Y’all know by now that I absolutely adore Tantus, to the point where I think of them every time I hear the word silicone. They are the first brand that I go to when I’m need of a new silicone toy and I’m very rarely disappointed. When I saw that they had introduced some uncut models last year, I was in awe. I had been looking for an accurate representation of an uncut penis for a while, but it seemed that none were available until Tantus decided to work their magic. I feel like their creations have started the process of filling a huge gap in the market and I couldn’t be happier about it.

The Uncut 2 is part of Tantus’s dual density range, being made with a firm core and a soft outer layer. It is made entirely from their own unique formula of ultra-premium silicone and is completely body-safe. It’s non-toxic, phthalate-free and hypoallergenic. It is bleachable, boilable and dishwasher-safe for complete piece of mind. I usually just spray toys with antibacterial cleaner and rinse for everyday cleaning, giving them a deeper wash once or twice a month, but Tantus actually recommend boiling or running through the Uncut through the dishwasher due to the textured nature of the toy. I’ve never had any problems during this process and actually find they come out looking and feeling better than ever.

It has a soft matte finish, similar to that on the Cush, but it has less resistance than I expected. I had anticipated a strong drag from the silicone due to the finish, veiny texture and foreskin but it’s actually rather minimal. I still needed a slick coating of water-based lubricant to be comfortable, but not as much as I thought I’d need. It was more flexible than I had anticipated too, not in the sense that it flops around all over the place, but with direction, the tip can bend to touch the base.

Tantus Uncut 2This is the smaller of the two Uncuts, with the first having extra length and a smudge more girth. I would categorize this toy in the medium range, which is great for those with some experience with penetration, but not quite big enough for those who like to be stretched or filled. It has just over five inches of girth at the widest point around the head and an overall length of around seven inches with just under six and half being insertable. This is right within my comfortable, avoiding cervix-hitting range, which is the main reason I opted for version two.

I’m used to having sex with an uncut male, so I wondered how this would feel in comparison and I wasn’t disappointed. It doesn’t feel quite like the real thing, but it’s the closest thing to it that I’ve discovered thus far. I find that the foreskin helps with insertion, making the process more enjoyable for me. It feels less intense than when I use something with a prominent glans such as the Godemiche Adam. It’s perfect for me on days where I want a leisurely wank and don’t want to spend time warming myself up with several other toys first.

I really enjoy the way that the Uncut feels as I manoeuvre it, whether I’m rocking back and forth, thrusting or twisting, but I just can’t get myself to orgasm with it. It’s quite straight so it doesn’t hit my g-spot without me getting the angle precise and even if it did hit the spot without help, it’s not firm enough for me. It’s soft around the head and my g-spot’s preference is hard, firm and lots of pressure. It’s very rare for me to orgasm vaginally without g/a-spot stimulation, so I have to incorporate a vibrator into the mix for a lovely blended climax.

It’s anal-safe and harness compatible, so can be used for solo play, partner play and pegging. We don’t engage in strap-on play so I haven’t any thoughts on how it works for that, but I have experimented with it in solo use. I personally find it much easier to orgasm from anal penetration than I do vaginal, particularly when a soft toy is involved, so this toy was ideal for this type of stimulation. A thrusting motion seems to work best for this type of play and I can orgasm it with it easily enough. I don’t need to add a vibrator into the mix to get off, but when I do, it intensifies things and that’s never a bad thing in my book.

Tantus Uncut 2Overall, I think the Uncut 2 would be great for people who are looking for a dildo that’s different from the rest. Its foreskin sets it apart from the thousands of cut cocks out there and I think it’s fabulous. It surprises to me to say that as I have never been a huge fan of realistic toys, to the point where I only own a handful, but I can safely say that I wouldn’t want to be without this one. It’s on par with my Vixen Mustang and is definitely one of the best insertable toys that I tried during the closing weeks of 2016.

I received the Uncut 2 ($99.00/£80.92) from Tantus in exchange for my honest review. Thank you! Affiliate links have been used in this post.
